Leandro A. Costa is the Founder and CEO of Lobby, a company that helps businesses cultivate their culture and live their values by better managing their workplace needs. With almost 14 years of relevant experience, Leandro is an expert in product development, technology architecture, technical quality, and hiring. Before founding Lobby, Leandro worked as a Technology Advisor and Investor at Rapidoo, where he advised on product development practices, product strategy, technology architecture, and hiring. He also helped Rapidoo create the product inception roadmap and hire the first senior technology team composed of tech and product guys with lending skills. Leandro was also a Co-founder and CTO at Creditas (formerly BankFacil) from 2012 to 2016. During his time at Creditas, he designed user interfaces, coded front and back-end, and was responsible for hiring, taking care of technical challenges, technical architecture, managing people and culture. Leandro’s work at Creditas helped the company grow to 100+ people, double revenue every semester, and raise $8mn+ in venture capital investments in just four years since its foundation. Leandro holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Fundação Getulio Vargas, where he studied Business Administration and Management, General. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology in Development and System Analysis from FIAP. In addition, Leandro completed an Extreme English Course at Impact English College in 2017. Leandro believes that high-performance teams mean happy and inspired people. He trusts that people will do their best work and develops trust and independence in his team.
